I emailed Futurlec about their PCB design service and was told they were "too busy". Oh well, I guess I'm better off not dealing with them after all I've read about their customer service.

Dont know about their PCB services but tbh my purchases from them have been fautless and at times quicker than some of the other 'respected' online parts sellers.
