I just got my sockets from smallbear, the question is besides drilling the mounting hole for the tube sockets how do you secure the socket to the enclosure. I was imagining that there would be tabs to fasten it or something like that.

Generally there are two screw holes either in a metal ring/retainer or as part of the socket.

See the flange with mounting ears that is inside the tube shield (bottom) ...? that's your mounting ring which you screw into your chassis.
They usually ship them inserted in the shield... did you get the mounting flange?

No...it's cool. When you first get them and it's not all in front of you... If your not looking for the bracket in the tube shield..
