bullitt build troubleshoot[ voltages ]

Now I have rebuilt the op-amp section so now pin 1 is the out put to the tube and pin 7 is connected to the 1 meg res. [5.96], pin6 [5.96], pin5 [5.68], pin 4

• , pin 3 [ 5.96], pin 2 [ 1.16] problem ? pin 1  11.37  ....pin 8 [11.97]  All voltages with output to tube disconnected.

Everything but pin 1 and 2 looks right. Pin 2 should average around 1/2 V+ so something is wrong there. Have you checked that the caps and resistors are good and of the correct value ? Are they all connecting together properly ?

Hmm...is a picture of your board possible ?
