Hey all,

Getting ready to order parts to build a Mosfet Booster.  I was wondering.  What type of capacitors am I supposed to use?  The parts list from Jack doesn't indiacte polarized/non-polarized, however on the schematic (bear with me, i'm a newb), it appears that some of the caps have a (+) indicated.

Is it ok to use the "low-voltage poly film" caps from small bear? (http://www.smallbearelec.com/Categories.bok?category=Capacitors%2C+Low+Voltage+Poly+Film

Would there be something else I should use?

Thanks,
Brian

Anything marked with a "+" (the 100uf and 10uf) will be polarized, an electrolytic would be best and cheapest.  Poly will be fine for the .1uf and .001uf.  The 47pf will be ceramic disk most likely or silver mica, either is fine.  Also, try using a 100k trimpot in place of the 62k resistor to help dial in the bias easier.

Good luck!
