My Friend will go to Oslo at the end of June, I ask her to buy me DPDT stompswitchs. Is there anyone from Oslo in this forum??
I would like to know about the price, I hope it is cheaper than buy it in my country. Would you give me information where to buy DPDT stompswitch in Oslo? How much is it?

Thanks in advance

Hi.
I'm from Gjøvik, about two hours away from Oslo. I can tell you for sure, switches are expensive here too, if you ever get by one... I have only bought one switch in norway, wich I bought in a musival instrument shop. It was a 2pdt, and it cost about 20$!!!!

I'd say you better buy the 3pdt switches frome aron, or from www.musikding.com. Just beware of the tax regulations in your country. I know that in norway you have to pay taxes for any merchandise with a value higher than 200NOK (about 32$) exluding shipping cost.

Most of this stuff is made in the far east, and I see you are located in Indonesia. I bet you could find someone in your area for 1/5 of the cost here in Norway. Norway is actualy the most expensive country in the world!!!!

Search the forum for a guy named NANNAN, or something like that. He's from china, and get the switches extremely cheap. I bet shipping to Indonesia would be cheaper from China than Usa or Europe anyway. send him a PM, and I bet he will be willing to help you.

Good luck!!

If you think Sweden is expensive, wait til you see Norway.... I think the Indonesian people were nice. Great country!!

My assistant just spent eight weeks bicycling around UK & Europe with a tent. He spent all of ONE day in Norway..... not sure whether it was the expense or the shortage of vegetarian food. Maybe the whale steak finished him off :icon_eek: I don't think I could have convinced him to add switches to his pack.

I have two things to say about Norway and Sweden  " BEAUTIFUL GIRLS"   !!!

( sorry, this comes from touring over there several times and falling in love several more )

Aron has 3DPDT'S which are very reasonable and I have had 30 without failure at all !
