I'm almost ready to fire this thing up with the full circuit but I'm having trouble getting -/+ 12 volts.
I have -/+ 15 volts and am wired up as in the schematic below.
I've just got the power supply running here, unloaded.
I tried changing the resistance value (470R and 380R) with a 25K pot but nothing changed much at all.

What am I overlooking?

Thanks

Zero the hero

+/-12V is not obtained with a voltage divider, so the voltage at the end of R1 and R2 is proportional to the load you apply on it.
Reading a different voltage from +/-12V without a load (ie, with the main circuit board totally disconnected) is normal. Even applying a pot is useless.
If you can read +/-15 where it's intended to be (BEFORE R1/R2 in the schem), it's ok.

Ok, thanks. I was thinking this may be the case but I wasn't sure.
