Newbie needs help with Eighteen pedal ROG

Im really new to the diystompbox scene so please be patient...I have completed the board circuit for the eighteen pedal from ROG:

However I see that the output is off of the master volume pot. Which lug is the output on the pot? Also on the pcb layout there is a part's list. On the part list there is a 100uF cap but theres not one on the schematic. Why is this? Thanks in advance for the help guys.

100uf cap normaly goes from +9v to ground as a power supply filter, + side of cap at 9v board entry
- side of cap to ground.
Output pot is wired Lug3 from circuit, Lug 2 to output jack and lug 1 to ground.
Back of pot lugs facing down, it's 3-2-1 left to right OK ?

The 100uf cap is an optional addition to improve power filtering - it would work without it, but might be more noisy - see this thread
