Looking to try cloning a phase I have but run into a brickwall with a couple of parts, namely:

SN72L022P IC

HTV #P873 CdS (Cadmium Sulfur) Photocoupler

Do I stand a chance finding these or equivilants?

Cheers,
Nick,

Do you have the unit or a schematic?

The CDS should be easy enough, measure the dark and light resistance, buy an equivelant.

The IC will probably be a standard dual opamp. Where is it located? input, output, Phase stages or LFO?

I have the unit but no schem.  It's an Ibanez Phaser Tone 2 from the early '80's.  Amazing sounding kinda funy phaser, quite unique.

Like Nelson said, the opamp is a standard dual. You can use TL082, TL072 here instead, for starters.

The opto sounds like the same one used in the Flying Pan ... likely the opto will be in series with a fixed resistor, so grab any photocells you can and whack them in, change them later if they don't sound 'right'.

Does the LFO involve any transistors (prob 2sc* series ones)? Or is it just opamps?

yes there's 3 sn72l022p ic's in there.  Looks fairly straightforward really if I get the bits together. :)
