Why I cant find anything about this pedal? Anyone?

I bought this a while back and cant seem to find anything at all about it other than this pic

Anyone remember when this thing came out? Or anytthing about it? Its a phase shifter ps-019.

Look exactly like a "Guyatone" from a few years ago ( late 80's ) either licenced or Nady is also Guyatone !
I have a Guytone distortion/sustainer thats exactly the same package.

Marty- Do happen to have a pic- how would you rate yours?

I dont, but the case is exactly the same as the chorus, with those four chrome knobs
I just say's "Guyatone" and not "Nady" on th rubber foot plate.
The distortion is quite good, the sustain from the compression/sustainer circuit works well
up to a point but gets quite noisey when pushed too far !
In general it's a bit "tone sucking" but not bad at all for a high gainer .
What does the Phaser sound like ? P90 or Boss kind of sound ?
