GEOFX's layout of the John Hollis UltraFlanger

Hi,
I was populating my UltraFlanger board last night and noticed that R24 is listed twice on the parts list, and R25 is not listed. I'm assuming that one of the R24's is supposed to be R25, but the schematic doesn't list part values, just part numbers.
Which one is which?

What's the purpose of the trimpots? There are no voltages listed anywhere for specific settings.
