Transferring layouts from Express to images.

Good day gentlemen.
For the last several months I made some progress doing layouts in PCB Express and would like to share the results. So far I was using MS paint to import the image and do some minor corrections. However, I am a complete novice with graphic works and cannot compile more than one image per page in any other way that MSWord. 
This software renders already low DPI images to very poor quality (no circle is circular, diagonal lines are very fade). What do you guys use to convert your layouts in Express to good, well sized images that would be printing-ready?

I too use print-screen and MSPaint. I then move the picture of the tracks tothe top left and resize the image to fit. I then shrink by I think 50%. If you shrink both directions an equal percentage it tends to reduce the damage to the image. I normally then print it and then measure the dimensions, resizing the image again slightly to correct.
It helped me to use bigger pads and bigger tracks.

- I use Ace Winscreen (freeware) to capture the transfer, paste it in ms paint, then save it "as-is" in monochrome bmp format to avoid quality loss AND a huge file.

- Then i use XnView (freeware) to alter the dpi (paint lets it in 72x72 by default). Altering the dpi resizes the image without loss. I keep checking the actual image printing size until i hit the right dpi.

- Then i usually insert the layouts i want to print in a .doc file.

Cool. I'll try your advices tomorrow.
So far I had really bad pixelaltion upon pasting into MSPaint. Hope that will clear up.
