Tube Bender build question

the power voltage on the schematics is 12.6 V AC. Are most building it with a 12 V AC wall wart and if you are using the 12 volt AC are there any changes that have to be made?

Kinda basic question for most of you I guess. Bare with me. Just want this to be correct..
