question about transistor voltages for the color sound vero build

My sons first build is the color sound 1 knob fuzz (vero board) .it has gone quite well .the sound is alittle buzzy,and after reading the voltage on the emmitter of q2 it seemed high although we double checked all values.It reads 6.45 volts.Is this high for bias on 5087 and 5088 transistors? what should we change ? resistors or another set of transistors? thanks
