Quad Op Amp Distortion bias Question

I added a second dual Op Amp to my breadboard for a Quad distortion, but the voltages are about 1/4 what they should be at V+ and V1/2.  It works, but is very mid-rangey.  The first OA is non-inverting, but the last 3 are inverting.  I wired pins 3 and 5 of the second OA to the existing V1/2.  Pin 4 is ground and pin 8 is V+.  Any ideas?

got  a schemo  ???
how did U mix the 4 distortions  ???
If each distortion has it's own frequency band, that would be similar to Anderton's QuadraFuzz.
need more  NFO   :)

Sorry for the sparce info.  Essentially, it is 4 diode in the feedback loop clippers, all with the same frequencies going thru them, although that might change when I get it working right.

I'm wondering if there is something about inverting op amp clippers that causes mid-range prevalence.
