Another Ross Comp question! sorry!

I am out of 2k trimpots and read that the trim isnt really needed, can i put a 2k resistor in place of that trimpot on here and which side of the circuit break by R17 does it go to? or should I use 2 x 1K either side of the circuit break?

Two 1K resistors wired up like the trim pot set halfway will work perfectly, have fun!
