millenium bypass!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please help me...

Hi there,
after building 3 dozen of millenium bypass in my life now I'm in front of a little circuit that make me crazy..........it remain ever light on (I'm using a BS170, a 1N4148, a 1N4007 and a 4.7 K res like every time before).
I'm not able to get off the light of the diode...BUT (that's sound very strange to me) it turn off ONLY when i try to measure the current between "change" pin of the switch and "ground"...whit the alligators clips attached to this pins I'm able to turn on/off the led...when i leave off the alligators clips the led turn slowly OOOONNN!!!
Any advice will be VERY appreciated...I rebuilt THIS millenium 3 time at least and I'm become furious!!!
