Hi all-
I finally got my hands on a good used 80's Crybaby, and I'm going to be doing a few
modifications to it.
The search function was great reading, as I see a LOT of people mod these pedals.

Anyway, my only question is, for adding a volume control, do you use the pot in place of the
input resistor, or in place of the emitter of Q1? BTW: I will be modifying this pedal to be true bypass
with the 3PDT "blue" switch.
I'm not sure if the pot on the emitter of Q1 would be more of a "gain" adjustment as it will
change the bias of the tranny.

Basically I'm looking for an external "volume" knob, but if the "gain" thing is a cool thing
to "twiddle" using an external knob, then I may do both.

I can just see this thing bristling with knobs and switches on the outside  :)
Thanks in advance.
