Hi.
Almost all mixers just mix, and splitters just split.  I have two pedal chains and 2 amps, and wanted to be able to dial in my choice of amp and pedal chain.
So I designed this mixer+splitter.
Also, most mixers and splitters use op-amps despite the low gain required. I've used JFETs, which always sound good and have minimal biasing requirements and simple gain relationships.

Here 'tis.  It consists of 3 input buffers and attenuators, and 2 boosters.

I'd really appreciate comments. I have already it layed out (with heaps of free space) on a 2" x 3" PCB.
cheers

I like your circuit.

I build this kind of circuit a while ago, but in reverse. The input buffers had some gain, the output buffer was a transistor one with no gain. This kind of circuit work well.

I will try yours in a near future. I have a lot of FETs to use.
