modding noise gate characteristics of bazzfuss

Hello all.....  I've been working on several different variations of the bazzfuss, but have one wish for all of them: A way to add some type of sensitivity control for the noise gate.  I realize that this might dwarf the original cct, I don't mind.  If anybody has any ideas, thanks in advance.

Its the collector resistor that affects it, I guess.


Change the 10k resistor to 4k7 resistor in series with 1M log pot or something, and watch that you dont short the pot to a metal case or any ground!!
Allthough you can change this to PNP and stick it to ground.. You can also put a small pot between the emitter and ground, 4k7 or something.
