ggg tubescreamer problem!!

hi guys, i've made the ggg tubescreamer and it work, but when i put the effect on, the volume become very low and i must turn the amp volume up. what i can do? i've tested 300 times  the layout... help please, and sorry for the ultra-bad english!

go back and check that the resistor values are all as specified in the layout/schematic.  i made a tubescreamer from the tonepad layout and the same thing happened, then i found i put a 100k resistor where i needed a 100 ohm, which fixed the volume problem.

thanks!! but i found the real mistake: two tracks short-circuited!! TS is a very good pedal! i put it into my setup..
