Introducing the MosFETZer Valve!

Okay, not a real big deal.  The main thing here is the switching.  I have four switches.  One turns on and off the Mosfet, one turns on and off the Fetzer, one acts as a bright switch for the fetzer (theoretically) and the fourth is what I want to make sure works!

It SHOULD choose what happens when the mosfet stomp switch is in the off position - Buffer or True Bypass.

Does this switching scheme accomplish that?  Will the multiple taps on the input jack cause any problem?  I'm I actually creating a true bypass situation?

The idea behind this is that I want to be able to use this pedal anywhere in the chain in any given circumstances.  So, at the beginning of an effects chain I want a buffer.  At the end, or in the middle, or whatever, I want true bypass.  Does this make that happen satisfactorily?
