Hey man, I'm pretty sure I've got the same one. Mine works like a dream, so if you need voltages, etc. , just let me know. Mine is digitech 2-sec something or other, it's in the basement right now. Only problems i've ever had were intermittent switching and the fact that a 9V battery won't power it for squat. Instead i use a 12V 500mA wall wart.

Hey I checked and mine is a PDS-1002. Its the same setup, except mine's blue and not stereo, the extra out is just a direct out. The board layout is just about the same, so if i can help just let me know.

what are you looking for in the picture to fix yours?

i have a digitech pds 1002 two seconds delay. i had also the sampler.

I bought the 1002 for almost nothing because it was working more or less like yours.
the guy who owned the pedal had probably messed with the trimpot because he wanted more
delay. try all the trimpots, check voltages etc.

It is really important that you power the pds pedals with 12v power supply.

My pds1020 can be powered from 9 to 15v.
When i power it at 9v I can hear some noises. At 12v everything works better and the effect is quieter when I don't play.
