ldr instead of the speed pot

hi guys! i'm alex, i want to put a switch on the pot of the tremulus lune. in one way, the speed pot work normally, in the second position the speed of the tremolo is under the control of a LED/LDR. the led flashes at  much you play strongly. in conclusion when you play a chord, the led flashes, the ldr resistence go down and the speed increase... after a bit the luminosity of the led decrease,the resistance go up and the speed become lower. if you listen BONES of radiohead, johnny use this tipe of effect ( by turning with the hand the speed). can you help me to find an envelope follower to light the led???   thanks!  sorry for the mega bad english...
