New layouts for Dist+ fans

I know this isn't really groundbreaking here but I have wanted to build a Dist+ with a dual opamp such as a 4558.  So here's my perf layout for  this bad boy.  I hope to be soldering this up this week.

There are some other Dist+ layouts covering the standard single opamp as well as putting asymetrical clipping at the end.
