What About the DS-2?

Everyone seems to be absolutely crazed with modding the DS-1 but I really think there is bigger and more potential in modding the DS-2. It basically has the same circuit i assume in normal mode as a DS-1, so this may be left stock or modded to one of the many mods available and suggested on the site and the turbo mode may also be looked at to be used as a clean boost or to change the dynamics of the pedal. I was thinking maybe the Turbo mode could have that annoying midrange hump removed and adjusted for more clarity and better tone or have a toggle with that selects either the Turbo by itself (as a clean boost when the pedal is activated) or both the option of both the normal and turbo mode (so it can be changed manually or by a remote footswitch like the pedal is when it is stock). I am only a noobie and dont really know much about component changing but i would like to get some help and work with some people on this forum on working out some good mods for the pedal and finding some combinations to use in i what i believe could be the most versatile modded pedal from the Boss range.
