I need help with the Slow Gear Project from general guitar gadgets!

Hi Everyone!
I recently bought a PCB from General Guitar Gadgets to build the "Slow Gear" pedal. However, the PCB they sold me does not match the parts layout or the schematic that they give for the project. I was totally excited to build this pedal, but I quickly realized when I began to assemble the parts and solder the components that something wasn't right. Has anyone built this project who might offer some words of advice. The PCB was designed by Alex Petrini.
