Easy Face problem

I'm using the layout from Tonepad.com, for the Easy Face.  My question is about the transistors...  There are four holes where the transistors are to be place...  http://www.tonepad.com/getFileInfo.asp?id=36    what is the fourth hole used for???

I took a look. If you look at the "middle" holes they are connected. So it's to accommodate different types of transistors - inline or "triangle" shaped arrangements of leads. Just use the 3 and you are good to go.
