I created a library for EAGLE containing some BBD devices such as

MN3005
MN3007
MN3008
MN3010

MN3101
MN3102

SAD1024

TDA1022

Maybe this is of interest...

I can't open this lbr file, what is it?

sorry, maybe I should have explained it somehow!

Anyway, this is a library-file for EAGLE. It shlould be saved in EAGLE's library folder (.../lbr) and after restarting the software it will be selectable with the "add" button both in the schematic and the board mode.
