Williams "Build Your Own Circuit Board" remainders available there (USA).
OK most of the stuff in the book you will have heard here before (esp about using PnP) and he seems to think that autoroute is OK (well, maybe it is OK for robotics..)
Anyway, it's being remaindered for $10 inc. the small size PCB Eagle prog so I think it is probably useful to someone.
