Can't find Torchy's Vero Ruby layout...anyone seen it?

I'm wanting to do a Ruby for a friend of mine but I can't find any vero Layouts.  I searched and found a thread referrring to torchy's layout but couldn't find it in the Layouts Gallery.  Anyone know where it is or where to find one?
