I'm Interested in the Easyvibe or the Neovibe. Any opinions as to which I should build? Is the Easyvibe really that close to sounding like the Neovibe? I heard some sound samples from Homewrecker for the Easyvibe and then looked at the file and was surprised to see basic common parts used. I would have thought since it sounded chorus like there may have been some analog chips such as those in the Ce-2 or EH SmallClone but nope.

Should I just say the hell with it and just build the Neovibe so Ill have the real deal? Any insight?

yes...

don't know about the 'easy' but the 'neo' is good.

but it can be a pain to set it up correctly.

What strikes me is that the Easyvibe is similar to the Phase 90 clan, yet is still different. I am thinking of the Vibe/Pase90 thins, not sure which way to go.

EZ Does a dern good wobbly Uni Sound...I built two, one's wierd, the other ticks a little when on PS with other effects engaged..but that probably isn't as much of an issue if it's not 'longwire-messy' like mine....I have the board at a 45 degree angle to fit in a large RACO W/Speed treadle control.
Haven't tried the Neo, but it's more parts, the related texts more extensive, and it looks to have a more controllable LFO section.
Easy Vibe and Neo-Vibe both use LDR/LED to control the sweep.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

I took the plunge and built the 'easy', and I love it. All the vibe you want. I can't imagine any other pedal vibing mroe beautiful than that. Then again, I have yet to commit an A/B test against this and the original 'uni'.

Where can I find a schem for the EasyVibe?  GGG has the NeoVibe but I can't seem to track down the EZ-Vibe.
