I don't think there are any JFets that can handle (much) more than 40V. You'll have to use BJTs or MOSFETs instead.

What cirtuit is it you want to use a JFet at more than 40V for?

if you're wanting to mix them into a tube hybrid circuit, the VN2410L small signal mosfet can handle 240V.  And works well with tubes.

It's for my SS poweramp, for the high-power version. I need Vgs at least 40 and Vcutoff -3..-7v.
