Ruby ROG

I just finished the Ruby from ROG perf layout ( http://www.runoffgroove.com/ruby.html ) . It seems to work, but the volume pot doesn't  do anything. I checked to make sure everything was correct with my layout, and it seems to be ok......any ideas? Many thanks guys.

If the volume pot doesn't do anything then either you don't have it grounded or the wiper and the non-grounded lug is shorted or somehow you are bypassing the pot via a short.

That's it!!! I was missing the ground on the volume pot! Thanks a million, you guys are the best! .........by the way, this is a great little amp. I can't believe how loud it is. Pushes a Marshall 412 cab !
