Bypass?

Hi all, I'm new here.
I'm currently building my first pedal, and have looked all over the pace, and cant seem to find a schematic for a bypass switch system.

I know this is a stupid question, and I'm sure there are probably plenty bypass schematics on this very site, but I cant find them. Can anyone help me out?

also i made this layout for true bypass switching. i drew a millenium pcb and here it is


the pcb is actuall size. it works fine with my projects. if u have any futher questions feel free to ask.
