Well I made a layout, it's in my album. Also there is a very recent thread, in which the project was made on perf.

Don't think theres any body that sells them regulary (theres a PCB for the Neovibe available at generalguitargadgets), though you should be able to find someone on this forum that'd be willing to make you one (the For Sale/Trade forum)
