Im looking for the Ibanez SC-9 Chorus Layout (PCB), Or any other Chorus that uses mn3102 and mn3207

Can I use the mn3207 instead of the mn3007 and just build the CE-2 from tonepad??

Yes.... provides you change the power suppply connnections for the chip and don't let your supply voltage exceed 9 volts. The 3007 is a positive ground chip with a max voltage supply of 18 volts. The 3207 is a negative ground chip fo 9 volts.
