I've tried the tp wah ckt and a couple of other "original" wah ckt layouts and in each case my wah pedal just puts out a constant tone when engaged. I'm using all new parts. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Rut

are you sure you didn't mess up which side is input and which is output? the common Vox/Dunlop type wah wah pedal makes neat dolphin noises when you do that

You must be wiring something wrong.

did you exchange boards keeping the same wiring? (switch, jacks, etc)

maybe there's something wrong in the way you wired the TB switch.
Is it a 3PDT?
There are a lot of wiring types for TB with LED using a 3PDT, and maybe you got something wrong in there.
