Hi,
I finished up a BSIAB II a couple weeks ago, and after some minor debugging I got her fired up, and it sounds pretty good.  However, last night when I was fiddling around I noticed that when I have the Drive pot turned down to 0, I get no sound.  Is this normal, or is it inidicative that there's another problem with the circuit?

Thanks!

I guess it might be like a volume control, on an earilier stage used to control gain.
If this is the case, a small resistor may be inserted between the pot and it's Gnd. connection, preventing the SP from being completely shunted to Gnd.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

mine does the same thing. and it stops increasing gain at around 1 o clock or so but adds compression and a bit ,more bass
