No wah in my wah

I used 10uf 25volt capacitor.

All the transistor are working tho one of the legs on one of them (i think its the voltage gain) is only giving 0.02.

Nope, a 10uf.  Same as what was already in there.

Ive just noticed that the pot for the 'Tone Range' is open, the backs cracked off.  There are (4) leads connecting to it which in turn are connected to (4) capacitors.  Its registering 0.60 going into the Capacitors, but theres no signal coming out of any of them. 

Would this have anything to do with it?  Could a bust Pot be the problem?

Definitely check that out. Do you have a schematic of your pedal to look at?
