Hi Everyone, having a stab at Tim.s Harmonic Jerkulator  using Andrews vero layout, just wondered if I could sub the .02uF for .022uF and the .05uF  for .047uF without too much hassle?

Yes.  Hell, you can't even BUY .02 and .05 in most places anymore, and even when you could they usually weren't exactly .02 or .05.
