Building A Power Supply

So lately I've had the idea of building a power supply with multiple outputs for pedals. I originally wanted to do something like RG's Spyder, but with adjustable output voltage. The only problem was I couldn't find any cheap transformers here in Australia to do the job and it end up costing a fair bit to put it all together with seperate transformer/rectifier/filter/regulator sections. So I basically ended up stripping down a STEPS powersupply (hailed my many audiophiles as one of the cleanest diy power supplies around) and splitting the output and came up with this:

Basically I want 2 adjustable outputs (for pedals that run on 12v or 18v) and then however many 9v outputs I decide to attach. I thought before I went and spent any money on building it, I'd ask the pro's here whether there's any problems with the schem. Also, what value fuse do you use along the mains?

Thanks.
