Depth problem with ringstinger

Hi all!
Last week I builded a Ringstinger clone, and it works nicely. I haven't had that much time to debug, or even find out about what it could do. That was until today. One thing I noticed about it, was that the depth seemed very subtle. It doesn't effect the ring mod at all as much as the moog does. Have any of you experienced this? If not what could be the problem, is it possible that I have wired the depth jack wrong?
