i suggest a build with a wall wart.... it has been my experience that most analog delays are high consumption.

When I was measuring the current draw of my DIY effects the Rebote pulled about 23.5mA - interestingly, those figures changed as the delay rate changed.  With the one I have that has a switch to double the delay time, at it's very maximum rate, it pulls almost 33mA.
