This person seems to have heaps of some difficult to get IC's including LM13600/13700's, MN3007 and even some MN3001 (dual 512 stage, maybe a substitute for MN3010 ?) etc, etc.

Very true, but it has just been difficult to get them where I am located at any sort of reasonable price and only usually takes a few days from HK as opposed to a few weeks from the US or Europe.
