You'd need a couple of relays, some momentary switches, a 1:1 audio transformer and a PIC microcontroller for the switching logic (it would be possible with regular CMOS logic as well).

For a simpler solution, checkout the ABY switcher at www.geofex.com intead. It's similar, but buffered instead of true bypass.
