Hey dudes and dudettes

I'm pretty new to all this, I'm looking to make my first pedalboard and am hoping someone can double check my plans...

Can anyone see any issues. . .I wasn't 100% sure how to ground the 3 major loop selectors, also the mater bypass wiring...  Also could I just add an On-Off-On 3pdt toggle switch instead of the master bypass footswitch to add a mute also?

Any help would be most appeciated...

Here's a link to the full size schematic image http://www.ukimagehost.com/view/b0f8751deb7b9ab3.jpg

Pretty complicated for a first try at this stuff, but the schematic looks good to me. I would do the master bypass the same as the other loop bypasses, there's no real need for two LEDs. The grounding will probably be fine how you've drawn it, if you get any problems with ground related hum after you've built it you could try other methods.
A toggle would work for the master bypass, depends on how you're gong to use it as to whether it's practical or not. I can see occasions when I would want to go from a combination of guitar and aux loops to completely clean so I'd want it as a stomp. If you only ever use one of guitar, bass and aux then you don't even need a master loop. You could add a separate mute before the AB box.

Good luck with it.

Thanks for looking slacker. .   I think you're right about the master switch, I'll deffo go with the stomp.

For a mute, do i just stick a 3pdt footswitch in the master loop with no send or return wired?

krister

Yeah that would work for a kill switch.
