Morning all,

I need to build a pedal to put two effects loops in parallel (i'm looking at the Splitter-Blender at the mo') but was wondering if there is any way of incoporating a switch so that in one mode the two loops are in parallel, and in the other they are in series (i..e the output of loop A goes into the input of loop B) so that I don't get a clean guitar tone underneath loop B for example.

I've searched through all the old thread and scratched my head for a while but i'm not sure its possible, any help would be apprecaiated.

Many thanks,

Adam.

I think this will work, added to the splitter- blender.

When the switch is down the loops are in parallel as normal for the splitter-blender. When the switch is up the signal goes
Green send >> loop A >> loop B >> red return
so the effects are in series.
I think the spitter-blender already has enough buffers and pull down resistors in it for this to work without any popping or noise.

Hey,

thanks, i'm pretty sure thats what I need. Would the volume of the two loops in series not still be dictated by the level of blend control though?

Thanks,

Adam

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think the Blend pot will affect the volume.
