Hi,

I've searched the net and this site for information on the Dunlop JH-1 crybaby but haven't found any answers, hope you guys can help....

I have owned this wah-wah for a while but want to do some mods on it, in particular make it back into a standard GCB-95. Having taken the board out I notice that it is a standard GCB-95 circuit board and they have probably just changed a couple of components. Does anyone know what the difference is between the standard and the JH-1?

Here are the standard values:

If memory serves, the JH-1 has a different Cf, an extra cap on the pot itself, and the pot is a different value.  It also has an input buffer that changes the sound quite a bit.

These are the two schematics that I referred to when I was comparing the JH1 and the Original Crybaby:

The schem for the Original does not show the buffer which was supposedly added in on the Rev. F pcb.
