Shaka Express voltage questions

I'm about to draw a perf layout for the Shaka and I have some doubts:

+V for the IC's (I'm using dual TL072's because it makes it easier) is 18V?

Ground of these IC's goes to ground or to VR?

C6 is a NON electro 22uF?

Ground of chips goes to ground. Good catch on C6, it's an electrolytic - plus side opposite ground (like usual).

It's a wild pedal. You may also want to "tap" the output at different spots (after each FET) for even more control. Each FET stage adds more distortion.
