Is there any diference between the inductors with body (4 legs) and the ones that look like resistors (2 legs). I mean, can i use it in my projects????

THanks

Electrically, there is no difference as long as both have the same electrical values: inductance value in Henries/millihenries/microhenries and resistance. The differences are physical.

That being said, generally only bigger value (larger millihenries) and lower resistance inductors use the body-and-pin style because they need the bigger magnetic core to get enough inductance. The two-leg resistor looking ones are fine if you can get enough inductance and low enough resistance.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

If you are referring to the inductors that the current manufacture CryBabys use, they do have four pins, but two of those pins are just there to solder it more securely to the PCB - they don't have any purpose electronically speaking. You can replace those types of inductors with any other inductor - the halo replicas, Fasels, etc. Just make sure that you orient it properly when soldering it in.
